At Vee Couture, every garment is carefully prepared, inspected, and packaged before dispatch. We work closely with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-Ship products are generally processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-Order garments are crafted specifically for each client and require approximately 30–40 days for production, depending on the design, embroidery, and customization involved.
Following your order, a member of Team Vee Couture will personally get in touch to discuss sizing, customisation requirements, production timelines, and any other details necessary before production begins.
Once production is complete, the garment will be dispatched according to the shipping timelines mentioned below.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package dimensions, and shipping method selected.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, Vee Couture shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

However, on rare occasions, stock discrepancies may occur due to simultaneous purchases, inventory updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, our team will contact you promptly to discuss available alternatives, revised timelines, store credit options, or other suitable resolutions.
Duties & Taxes
Domestic Orders
All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other local government charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges:

Vee Couture does not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If customs duties or taxes are refused by the recipient, resulting in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed, Vee Couture shall not be liable for any refunds, shipping costs, or losses incurred.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.
Vee Couture shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package or an incorrect item, please contact Team Vee Couture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
