Returns, Refunds & Exchange

At Vee Couture, every garment is carefully curated, handcrafted, and produced with exceptional attention to detail. Many of our pieces are created specifically for individual clients, making them unique and personal in nature.

For this reason, all purchases made through Vee Couture are considered final.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Production, sourcing, and allocation of materials begin shortly after order confirmation, particularly for made-to-order garments.

Any advance payment made towards an order is strictly non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:


  • Made-to-Order products

  • Customised or personalised garments

  • Altered garments

  • Ready-to-Ship products

  • Sale or promotional items

We encourage clients to review product details, sizing information, and order specifications carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or a product that has been damaged during transit, please notify Team Vee Couture within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To initiate a review, kindly provide:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Photographs of the packaging received

Once reviewed by our team, an appropriate resolution will be offered if the issue is found to be genuine.

Colour & Craftsmanship Variations

As our garments feature handcrafted embroidery, embellishments, and artisan techniques, minor variations in embroidery placement, handwork, colour tones, or fabric texture may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted luxury garments and should not be considered defects.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where Vee Couture is unable to fulfill an order after payment has been accepted.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your banking provider.
